Sell or Transfer Membership

At any time, a member may sell his membership to the Association by notifying the Secretary in writing by using the Sales Authorization. The Association will sell it to the next member on the waiting list. A member may transfer his membership to an adult descendant residing within our boundaries or to the new owner of his home at the time of sale. You must notify the Association of the transaction by filling out the Transfer Authorization.
